As an accepted participant in the USAIHC Ruth Inglefield Composition Contest, I shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Competition as set out on the Competition website (http://www.usaihc.org). I further certify that the work submitted by me for this contest is unpublished, unawarded, and has not been recorded for commercial distribution. I understand that if my submission is in any way incomplete or does not adhere to the guidelines, it will be disqualified. I further declare that if I gain an award in the Competition I shall honor all commitments arising from the award.
