Photographic Release: Volunteer does hereby grant and convey unto USAIHC all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by USAIHC during the Volunteer’s Activities with USAIHC, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings, which may be used for such purposes of marketing material, fundraising, and other publications.
